Friendly staff and a brilliant breakfast. Nice and quiet from outside noises.
The smell of old carpets and off-putting diffuser smell. The room cleaning wasn't brilliant.

Large, modern, spacious, clean & comfortable rooms with beautiful lake views and private balconies, for a family of four with two grown up children.
Attentive, warm, courteous, and helpful staff often going out of their way to make guests feel welcome.
Good breakfast buffet and wide spread of local and international dishes with 2 onsite restaurants and a bar.
Resort like facilities with outdoor pools, spa, gym, tennis court etc.
Other shops and restaurants nearby.
Breakfast and dining areas may feel crowded during peak hours.

The staff are very friendly and helpful
The room is very old, I wish they do some renovation to update the room, including the carpet and lighting which most of them isn't working.
The bathroom curtain and shower are dirty and mouldy. Plenty of space to store the luggage
However I am not sure, will return in the future until the update the rooms.
