The location is excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby is lovely, and the shower was great.
The room was a little small, and unfortunately, there was no complimentary bottled water or coffee provided in the room, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the housekeeping staff played very loud music while cleaning the rooms, which was quite disturbing and inconsiderate toward guests who wanted to rest.

Best mattress I've had in a long time and very comfy pillow! Excellent location smack in the center of the city at the crossing between the two major shopping streets, castle (housing the university), a pleasant stroll from the main station, many food and shopping options nearby.
Quick checkk-in, even faster check-out procedure.
Window can't be opened all the way which makes me a bit claustrophobic, personally. But ok
