My go to place near Legazpi whenever I needed to work and stay at the same time. It was very accessible and has a high speed internet connection.
The 3rd floor can be improved as I encountered difficulties connection to a stable net during my stay. It was fast when it connected but it did not connect reliably, at least in the room where I stayed.

Location is good, staff are helpful
Improvement on al fresco dinning since pet aren't allowed in the restaurant.
A canopy or shading would be good.
Menu can slightly improve for furbuddy if possible.
Most of the island restaurant can offer unmarinated beef or chicken or fish whereby the waitress ask full support of the kitchen on this.

I've been traveling the Philippine Loop and have been booking hotels of similar value for weeks. This one stands out as the best of them all: outstanding all around for location, staff, facilities, food, coffee, quality and size of the room and even bedroom lighting fixtures. Everything exceeded expectations for the price. And close to great views of the volcano as well. One of the best and certainly the best value place we've stayed so far.
Nothing notable during our stay to detract from my positive impression.
