Great service by the owner and the team, it is right on the beach with blue sandy lagoon waters

Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent overlooking the ocean. Can sit inside or out on terrace. Manolis and his wife Maria were excellent hosts and he speaks English also. The room was spacious, clean and updated with a balcony. Approximately 30-40 steps from the beach with an oceanside restaurant in front of hotel. Rent 2 chairs and umbrella for only Euro$10 per day. Great bay area with minimal waves if any at all. Parking was about 100 meters away at Euro$3 per day but the gentleman usually charges a little less when we stayed for the week. Plenty of shops and restaurants all walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

I would like to share my detailed and honest review of my stay at this wonderful hotel. From the very beginning, my experience was extremely positive. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner, Manolis - a very pleasant, friendly, and attentive man. He personally showed me the room, explained everything, and made the check-in process quick and smooth. I especially appreciated how much he cared about guests' comfort: for example, he kindly lent me a phone charger for my entire stay and provided a beach towel - small details like this make a big difference. The room itself was simply wonderful. Very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The large, comfortable bed ensured great sleep. The room included a refrigerator with two bottles of water, a table, a bedside cabinet, a TV, a large mirror, and plenty of power outlets (near the bed, desk, and TV, which was very convenient). There was also space for shoes, a wardrobe, a safe, and hangers. The bathroom was also great: a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror - everything was clean and in good condition. Cleaning was done daily, and towels were changed every few days. It always felt fresh and tidy. I would also like to highlight the breakfasts - they were excellent! You only needed to go up to the third floor, where a beautiful view of the sea and mountains opened up. It created a special atmosphere to start the day. The selection included fried eggs, omelets, bacon, sausages, toast, cheese and cold cuts, yogurt, cereals, a fresh cucumber and tomato salad, fruits, and various jams. Drinks included coffee, tea, orange juice, water, and milk. Breakfast was served from 8:30 to 10:00. I stayed on the first floor, which was very convenient - you step outside and are immediately on the beach. The location is perfect for sea lovers. On the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas are available for about 10 euros, but you can also relax directly on the sand.

As for the downsides, I did not notice any significant ones. Since the hotel is small, it was not possible to extend the room stay until the afternoon, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, this place left only warm and pleasant impressions. Excellent service, cleanliness, a convenient location, and attentive care for guests make this hotel a great choice for a vacation. I would gladly come back again.

Everything was great, the room the location, the breakfast with a view. I loved it here.

A fork and a knife would have been good to have in the room for the leftover food I had from the restaurants.
