Es könnte so schön sein....aber...

Der TV, der Wlan Der Blick aus riesigen Fenstern Die Größe der Küche und der Stube

Also, im Treppenhaus und im Flur und im Bad ging das Licht nicht. In der Küche ein defekter Stuhl, kein Toaster, 1 Rollo in der Stube defekt. In der Dusche die Halterung für die Brause hielt nicht. Es befand sich eine Stehlampe im Duschraum, die natürlich in der einzigen Steckdose angesteckt war sodass man entweder Licht machen oder einen Fön benutzen konnte. Es könnte so schön dort sein, wenn sich jemand mal richtig mit dieser Unterkunft befassen würde und mal eine radikale Erneuerung der Wände, der Möbel und einfach alles auffrischen und dem heutigen Stand anpassen würde.

Leider gar nicht so exklusiv

Leider nur der historische Hintergrund das die Wohnung früher mal das Büro von Herrn Borgward war.

Mehrer Möbel beschädigt, einer der 2 Stühle in der Küche sind die Halterungen gebrochen. Am Kleiderschrank fehlen die Türen, Mobiliar macht den Eindruck als sei es auf dem Sperrmüll mitgenommen. Bett steht unterhalb einer Fensterfront. Hier war das Plissees defekt, Meine Mail an den Vermieter direkt nach der Ankunfz wurde ignoriert. Bedazimmer ohne vernünftige Beleuchtung. TV hat weder Kabel noch Sat Anschluss, Leider musste ich auch mehrfach um meine Rechnung bitten. Eine grosse Wohnung aus der man deutlich mehr machen könnte....

Mehr Schein als sein

Das Penthous war zufriedenstellen ausgestattet.

In der vorhanden Küche fehlten Töpfe/Pfannen. Wurden auch nicht bereitgestellt mussten von uns neu gekauft werden. Teilweise ist das Mobilar defekt. Beispiel der Stuhl im Essbereich. Leuchtmittel im Bad und Flur waren defekt. Das Bett war mehr wie instabil für 2 Personen. Eine Neuinvenstionen wäre ratsam. Der allgemein Zustand der Wohnung/Terrasse/Balkon war sehr unsauber. Auch die Reinigung der Wohnung lässt zu wünschen übrig! Sehr verbesserungswürdig. Das Personal ist gar nicht zu erreichen um die Mängel/Defekte zu melden. Preis Leistungsniveau eher im unteren Bereich.

Grauhenvolles Erlebnis

Nichts

Gegen 16:00 Uhr des Anreisetages erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass der Geschirrspüler defekt ist. Na gut, das ist ja nichts Notwendiges. Als ich dann um 18:00 Uhr ankam, war die Wohnung nicht geheizt und der Knüller war, dass die Heizung auch nicht in Betrieb genommen werden konnte. Draußen wurden -3 Grad gemessen. Um 21 Uhr bin ich dann durchgefroren ins Hotel gewechselt, da der Vermieter mir keine Lösung anbieten konnte. Ich fand diesen Zustand unhaltbar und zusätzlich entstanden mir für dieses Hotelzimmer Mehrkosten. Das hat den Vermieter nicht interessiert. Er bot mir stattdessen einen Preisnachlass an, um sich am Folgetag zu kümmern 🙈 UNGLAUBLICH! Lasst lieber die Finger davon. Es ist mehr Schein als sein.
