The location was superb .
It was so quiet and comfortable at night .
The pillows were so soft and the mattress very comfortable.
The room was newly furnished and modern .
Bath gel and shampoo as well as body lotion were provided .
The best thing was my electric toothbrush stopped working and there was a spare toothbrush provided .
Great attention to detail by the owners which is a refreshing change from impersonal corporate rooms .

Honestly, everything. It was comfy, the host was so nice and kind, even showed us the room himself. The room was great, considering we were on the first floor near the old town, the window was facing small quiet yard. The room also has everything you need, small fridge with complimentary snacks, A/C was very powerful which is great for the hot days we stayed. Location - perfect, close to public transport and old city but sits on a quiet street. And we have booked paid parking on the nearby lot which was very nice and convenient.

Our family had a difficult time with our flight and delayed our arrival to Warsaw. Management was immediate with their responses to my messages in our travel delays. But once we arrived, to our surprise, the two bedroom apartment was welcoming and perfect. The setup of the room was large enough for our family to relax and unwind after such difficult traveling. What I found most comforting is the care provided in the toiletries for use to help make our stay most comfortable. In addition the elevator to the family room was most helpful.
