The location is great, close to the train station and the city centre, although the surrounding area didn’t feel very safe. The reception staff allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, and they also provided us with a hair dryer and the Trentino Guest Card. There were plenty of sockets in the room, which is quite rare in the accommodations. The coffee served at breakfast was very good. There is air conditioning in the room, making these hot days much more comfortable. Overall, it offers good value for the price.
The room is very small and doesn’t have a wardrobe. Large towels are available for an extra charge. The breakfast selection is quite limited and the breakfast area was extremely hot. The bedside light didn’t work, and a few more hooks or hangers in the bathroom would have been useful.

For the price, the location is excellent — right next to the train station, in the city center, and facing a lovely square. Our window also had a beautiful view of the mountains, which was a big plus.
Check-in was at 3 pm, but since we arrived earlier, they allowed us to store our luggage and wait in a small dining area with tables, a kettle, and tea, which was a helpful gesture.
However, the room itself had several drawbacks. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the floor (not carpeted) felt slightly sticky. The bedside lamps didn’t work, which made the lighting inconvenient.
Another important detail is that bath towels were not included — only a small hand towel per person was provided, and large towels were available for an extra €3.
