The location of the apartment is quite central and easy for Grab drivers to locate, & do mention the Tower B to the drivers. The security staff and reception desks are quite helpful too. All the room facilities were used, washing machine, iron & ironing board, etc.
There is a restaurant below, ATM Band Mandiri , a pharmacy/ medical shop and a convenient store which opens till late. You can top up your existing Indonesian sim vard too.
The room wifi is very good too.
All is good & I look forward to staying there again in the near future.
The swimming pool' s water is sooo cold,even at 11 am & windy too.The TV channel available is Youtube & Netflix only.

Good Location and nice interior
Unfortunately, the bedsheets were dirty and the floor was covered with hair. Moreover, there were hair in the bed.

Name is apt - unit is very cosy and clean, convenient location and overall pleasant stay. Team were very responsive over WhatsApp.
Would have been good to have general instructions available at the property - e.g. WiFi password, how to connect to Netflix, how to switch on hot water dispenser. Nevertheless, customer team were very responsive and addressed these over WhatsApp.
