The Staff was very nice. It would have been a great stay, if not for the heat wave. There are two very nice playgrounds for kids. There is also a small inddor pool and splash pool.

Unfortunately, due to the June-2026 heatwave we could not stay at the property. We had a 3-bedroom chalet booked from Friday to Sunday (26.06 - 28.06.2026). Due to the ongoing heatweave, I called Siblu 3 days in advance to ask if there are air-conditioned units available. I was informed that due to ongoing races at TT Assaen, everything is booked, but even without the aircone should be fine. The kind lady at the phone suggested that if I open the windows in the afternoon/evening, the temprature should be fine. We arrived at 5 pm with the chalet fully baking in the sun. The inside was like a furnice, with temprature coming close to 50C. As I came with 7 month old and 4 year old, I kept them in the car with air con running. Thinking ahead, we brought our own portable air con unit (11000 BTUs). I installed it inside and we left it running there for 3 hours while we went for a dinner. Upon returning, the tempratures were still uninhabitable. We packed everything up and drove back to Utrecht. The 360 euro + 40 euro linen fee (that we did not open) as well as some tourists tax, (all in 410 euro) lost. As I mentioned, the staff was really nice, but they said they cannot do anything.
