Location near the port
Staff helped me to connect to my netflix account which was not easy since little old tv
Parking for the car
They asked me to pay for the bed sheets stain.
Omlet was cold in breakfast.

It was central to the city with the market and shops close to it
Breakfast was not good there l thought they would have had a better variety with their new dining area but no it was still the same food they delivered to your room before the upgrade

Helpful, friendly staff.
Original room did not meet expectations, was offered an upgrade at extra cost. We took the upgrade but felt the extra cost was excessive. TV reception was poor, had to contact staff several times to reset device.
