The location was great. Lovely place to stay. We had booked originally for 4 days over a family wedding (indian wedding that is over 4-5 days), however the wedding was cancelled a couple of weeks before the wedding . Ellie was so good she allowed is to cancel the 4 days and rebook for 2 days so we could still visit the family.
The flat was clean and tidy. Spacious unlike some flats are so small.

Perfectly located for what we needed.
Everything we needed was provided and even set up sofa bed for an additional adult with short notice.
Key safe was a little stiff but opened eventually.
Very close to main road and was quite noisy with traffic even though was a weekend. Didn’t stop us sleeping however could definitely hear it.

Fan supplied in the lounge during the heatwave but flat was a manageable temperature generally.
No noise from other flats.
Good communication by test from Landlady.
Lack of dressing table in main bedroom
Unable to use bedside light as no extension lead.
In case of disability it should be clear on details which floor the property is on...2nd Floor. One flight of steps outside to entrance door and one inside to second floor.
Usual issue of window blinds not fully blocking out light from lampposts.

Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Nice size living room. Convenient location for Stansted airport. Very kind and responsive host.
It wasn't clear to me from the listing that the entire accommodation is up three flights of stairs with no lift access. The dining area is the photo with the small, high table and bar stools (some of which are wobbly) - it's effectively a breakfast bar and not helpful for an actual dinner. I was travelling with my parents who found the whole place almost inaccessible just for those two reasons. The sofas are also not particularly comfy - this place would be great for those who just need an amazing bed, but is less comfortable if you want to spend your evenings at home (as we did, on a family trip). Finally, although most of the property was very clean, the floor was covered in clumps of what seemed to be synthetic black hair.
