We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Maison on Vaal Bed and Breakfast. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel comfortable and at home. The hosts were warm, friendly and exceptionally accommodating of our requirements.
It was the perfect stopover for our journey, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. However, the welcoming atmosphere and excellent hospitality would make La Maison on Vaal equally suitable for guests planning a longer visit. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.
There is no reason I would not recommend the property to anyone. As mentioned previously this was a one night stop over for us, and it met all of our expectations.

The host was very friendly and helpful.
The location was lovely and close to the Yacht Club, where we needed to be early the next morning. She even offered us a hot shower after our cold morning swim. We were very thankful for her hospitality and kindness.
We had 2 rooms. The room heated by solar panels did not have consistent hot water and was quite cold at night. Our host, however, provided us with several hot water bottles, which kept us warm throughout the night.
