Nice but not worth of money.

The property's location is near shops and restaurants.

The process and steps to collect the key are troublesome because only able to communicate with the host ONLY by message through e-mail. They won't pick up the phone call. The check-in time is also after 3 pm on weekdays and 4 pm on weekends. But after a few requests, they allowed to check in at 3 pm. Furthermore, they charged RM60 for house cleaning, which is not acceptable.
