Quarto e banheiro pequenos, com ar-condicionado e internet; o necessário para passar algumas noites com conforto. Conta com frigobar, micro-ondas, chaleira elétrica, café e chá. Dispõe de um terraço agradável que pode ser aproveitado. Excelente localização, junto ao metrô e aos ônibus para visitar o centro histórico, com estacionamento nas ruas próximas. Para voltar. O check-in foi excelente, com o Lázaro, que foi extremamente gentil e deu recomendações sobre restaurantes e estacionamento.
O quarto poderia ter uma área mais ampla para uma família de quatro pessoas.

A double room, in a small house in a quiet pedestrian street of a residential area. It is airconditioned with access to a shared rooftop and fridge (in the hallway). The room was small but clean and everything worked properly. The owner was very polite and friendly, waited for us when we got late, helped us find our way in excellent English and offered to help with our luggage. There were some small details that signal caring for the guests: a jug of fresh water waiting for us in the fridge and a multi-socket adaptor, added to the wall outlet so that one could charge a phone, without unplugging the lamp or fan. The room smelled and felt very clean and the bathroom had all the amenities, including a toilet hand shower.
There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow. It is not recommended for people with mobility issues. Bulky or heavy luggage may also be a problem.

Limpieza e higiene
No tenia baño en la habitación privado como decía la reserva , lo tenia fuera. Lo podía usar cualquier persona. La ubicación no es buena un poco de miedo x la noche para llegar al alojamiento y para aparcar dificil.
