Very helpful staff when the self check in wasn't working. Very clean and great value for money.
Check in machine didn't issue our room keys and assistance button didn't call anyone so I used the contact phone number.
For a lot of the night we could hear people doing doughnuts in a nearby area.
We only had one pillow in a double room, and our other room had no towels!

Air conditioned room with in room control. Good breakfast although it was necessary to walk to neighbouring establishment.
It was possible to smell smoke from other rooms through the extractor fan system. Very noisy balcony when children run along it.
