About this cottage rental

Nestled in Vilano Beach, this lovely cottage for $220 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. The Beach Haus is perfectly located between the Intercoastal and the Atlantic Ocean. Castle Otttis is at the top of the street for great photo opportunities. Walk to Cap's, a great local restaurant, the intercoastal to fish and kayak or walk to the beach to play in the sun. The Vilano Beach pier and town center and shops is short five-minute drive Historical downtown St. Augustine is a 10-minute drive over the bridge where you will find museums, shopping, dining and sightseeing in the oldest city in the USA. There is some road traffic due to the popularity of the restaurant, Caps located around the corner. House Rules: We love our furry friends but, we ask that you clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly in the outdoor bin. Please crate your pet if you need to leave them alone. If there are any damages caused by pets or guests, we Will charge an excessive use fee of a minimum of 200.00. PLEASE take the garbage bin to the bottom of the driveway on THURSDAY evenings for Friday pick up. If there are any disruptions of your stay due to Weather, an "Act of God" or anything out of our control, refunds and/or compensation are strictly up to the host's discretion. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of your butts appropriately. Please use caution near the intercoastal, ocean and crossing the main road A1A. Lawn maintenance workers may be at the property on Fridays (outside the home only).

Every aspect of the home was as we had hoped for. Clean, quiet and well appointed. It was fun to be able to walk to Cap's restaurant, the river in one direction, and the beach in the other. We walked the beach every morning and relaxed on the back patio every night. This was our first experience using VRBO, and it was terrific

We loved the house!! The location is close to the beach and in a wonderful neighborhood. The fenced in backyard is a plus for anyone who has pets. Patricia was so accommodating, and communicating with was a breeze. St. Augustine is a great city and we will definitely be back! We would absolutely recommend to stay at the Beach Haus!!

Our group of ladies, once a year, hide from reality. We take our blood pressure pills and meet up somewhere beautiful! 4 days of no contact with kids, grands, or spouses can do wonders for the tired souls. This was a very easy stay! Payment options, check in, clean up, check out all we’re a breeze! A beautiful home with comfort and convenience. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you, Patricia, for our 2023 awaycation!

We really enjoyed staying at the Beach Haus. It was a perfect fit for our needs and we were very comfortable. We stayed 7 nights. The hosts made us feel very welcome. The location of the house provided easy access to local restaurants and the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. It was the perfect house for our family to relax in the yard in the evening. The dogs enjoyed the fenced yard. We were walking distance to Caps and the beach. Overall great stay.

Beach Haus was absolutely adorable, roomy, and comfortable! We had a great time getting ready for my wedding and spending time with friends and family here! Easy walk to Caps on the Water for great food, drinks, and sunset. Nice stroll to the beach for sunrise and beach combing. Patricia was a pleasure to work with and very helpful!
