Fantastic location for families to enjoy everything the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer BOTH ON and OFF the water! The property is at mile marker 20 in a quiet, protected cove where you can safely swim, kayak, and fish. We are also just minutes from the main channel by boat & close to Redhead Lakeside Grill & Yacht Club, Shorty Pants, Margaritaville, & Dog Days Restaurants. This is the perfect vacation spot to enjoy water sports, fishing, hiking and exploring in the nearby parks & caves. With easy access to HWY 54, its just a short drive to restaurants, shopping, amusement parks & more! BE OUR GUEST! This clean and inviting home has 1900 sq. ft. (sleeps 10) and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway with friends or family! The open floorplan has two levels which make it easy to spread out and allow the adults & kids to have their own spaces. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the main level and one bedroom downstairs with two sets of bunkbeds and a full bath. There is a Queen bed and an inflatable bed available in the lower level for additional sleeping options. You will feel right at home in the fully-equipped kitchen including a coffee bar, toaster, blender, crockpot, spices, grilling accessories & even a Margarita Machine! A gas grill with propane is available for your use. Seating for 6 at the table and an additional 5 stools at the counter. There is a 50” Smart TV in the main level living area and a 60” Smart TV in the downstairs family room/game room. The DECK has many table/seating options for you to enjoy the lake views. Roast some marshmallows & enjoy an evening by the fire pit! Other Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, Linens & Towels, Complimentary Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash, Washer/Dryer w/ Detergent, Beach Towels, Hair dryer, Iron & Ironing board, Dish Soap, Paper Towels, & Trash Bags. More FUN: Help yourself to the Giant Indoor/Outdoor Jenga & Four Square Games, Cornhole, Darts, Golden Tee Golf, and Board Games. Parking: The driveway has room for 5 vehicles. PRIVATE DOCK & SLIP Bring the Boat! You will have access to a Private Dock with 10’ X 26’ Slip and 10' X 36’ Swim Platform & Ladder. Paddle Boat, Two Kayaks, Floating Noodles & a Lilypad is available to you! Great Fishing off the Dock too- fishing poles included! Jet ski and Boat Rentals are available in our cove at Surdyke’s Marina & Boat Rental. Note: The home is located on a gentle lot, so it’s an easy walk to the dock – no steep steps or hills! This is hard to find in the Ozarks! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: - Must be at least 25 years old to book - No Events or Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties. No outside guests without prior written consent from the owner. - Smoking Permitted on the Driveway ONLY. - No Pets allowed. The house was extremely well stocked, clean, and comfortable for us 6 adults and our 3 year old. There was more space than we needed and the separation between upstairs and the downstairs made it great for those late night owls. The quiet cove the house is located in makes it perfect for hanging out in the water and playing with all the water toys they have available. We are definitely coming back!

This house was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated and full of things to do! We enjoyed the view and proximity to the lake and used the lily pad, kayaks, and floaties made available! Our stay at the lake house couldn’t have been better! We would highly recommend this property!

My family/friends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and this place was wonderful! It had everything we could have asked for! The host was wonderful to work with! They allowed us to check in early and utilize the dock while waiting which was so helpful as we were all traveling from different areas and it allowed us to get together sooner! We had a wonderful trip and we will definitely be back soon! Thanks so much!!

This house is located in a very quiet cove. The house is very nice and the owners pay attention to every detail. We appreciated the S'mores basket to use at the firepit as well as the well stocked coffee bar. The house was immaculately clean inside and out. We will be back I'm sure.

Jason and Andrea were gracious hosts with a beautiful property. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for our short vacation. Their property is furnished to perfect, making it warm and inviting. We had to all the kitchen goods and appliances, stocked linens in pristine bathrooms, and even laundry and detergent downstairs. We absolutely the loved the deck furniture and even played a few rounds of corn hole. They checked in with us at the beginning of our stay and even followed-up when there were some in-coming storms to make sure we were safe and prepared. It seemed there wasn’t anything they hadn’t thought of to make the property feel like an extension of home. We would love to return for another visit in the future!

We were So impressed with this property and the owners. The house was amazing and the dock access was all we were hoping for. They provided a paddle boat, yard games, darts, indoor video game, and board games. The ability to be able to walk polite the back door and into the lake is perfect. The dock provides a nice secure and covered area for your boat while staying. If you have the chance to stay here, you will not be sorry!! LOVED IT.
