The Property 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms | Front Porch | 2 Story Back Deck | Fireplace | 1600 Sq Ft | Bedroom 1: King Bed (2nd Floor) Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (2nd Floor) Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Beds (2nd Floor) Additional queen size pull out couch in family room INDOOR LIVING: Furnishings w/ beach décor, stocked kitchen, Smart TV OUTDOOR LIVING: Front porch, 2 Story Deck with dining table and gas grill, KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, stainless steel appliances, gas range, coffee maker, and blender. GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, central heating & A/C, beach chairs PARKING: Driveway (1 vehicle), free street parking House Rules and Policies - Maximum Occupancy is 8 people - Dogs are allowed for an extra $150 fee per stay/per dog. Max of 2 dogs weighing under 70lbs each. Please notify us if you plan to bring a dog so we can add the fee. - No smoking - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - NOTE: The owner has multiple homes in the area should you need more space for your large group. - NOTE: There is a decibel monitoring sensor located outside of the home. Amazing space for all 6 of us, open floor plan. Most well stock kitchen we’ve ever rented in 15 years. Location was described correctly: walking was easy to both downtown and the beach. Extremely clean. We had a wonderful time.

The place is nicely updated and very clean. Very close to the downtown, only a 5-7 minute walk to most attractions. Hidden gem-it had a working fireplace for those cold nights!

Two of us drove from the Detroit area and another drives from Chicago. We love South Haven and this house was fabulous! Great location, very well appointed, sparkling clean, cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

The home was just as described and extremely clean. Upgrades gave it a modern appeal. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Owners were extremely easy to communicate with. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. We highly recommend this property.

Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights in this Simply South Haven house. Very clean, many amenities, within easy walking distance to downtown and the beach. We recommend this house and hope to stay here again in the future.

Property had everything we needed. Good location. One bathroom is on first floor. Bed was fine. We typically bring our own pillows because we sleep better with them. We did bring 2 baby gates if you have an toddler and worry about stairs. Plenty of porch hang outs. We were only 4 adults and a baby. This house can hold much more easily. It was nice that there were a few toys there also. The baby enjoyed them. Plenty of beach items. The cart came in handy and we used it everyday.

Gorgeous, and comfortable home. Clean and simple decor. Great location to town, beach, and lighthouse. Book this home for your family stay it’s fantastic. I’ve booked it again for a fall trip with my sisters. I loved it so much!!!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at Simply South Haven. The house had everything you could want and more. Convenient location: we walked to the beach and into town for ice cream. I highly recommend this charming home.

We had a lovely stay at hosted by Simply South Haven. The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything you would need. The house is also kid friendly which was a huge plus for us with two young children. The location of the house is unbeatable. It is a 5 min walk (maybe) to the main downtown stretch, 10 min walk to the beach, and 2 min to the river. We really like the accessibility and ease of getting around the town. I would recommend the house to anyone wanting to stay close to everything!
