My husband and I were attending a wedding in the area, and this was perfect for just the 2 of us. Great location, quiet, easy to get to.

My husband and I came here for a quick weekend and this place was perfect! Bed was comfortable, place was very clean and location was amazing. Definitely would stay again.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Close to all the good stuff in Seaside. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchenette needed dish soap, sponge and scissors.

I thoroughly enjoyed escapade, and will book it again, when I am taking a few days for myself in Seaside.

Even better than the photos! My mom and i stayed here for 4 nights and loved every second of it. The location was perfect, very clean on the inside, AC was amazing, communication with owner was good. The check in process was extremely easy, everything is electronic which is nice! We loved our stay and are very pleased. 10/10 for sure!

Great little room for a short stay and so close to the beach!

This was the perfect little spot! It is in an excellent location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The studio is very clean, and the bed was comfortable! We will be back!

Clean and spacious enough for 2 people. Walking distance to everything in the town. Property manager super good. We stayed for 8 nights and he made sure to provide us with clean towels. Downsides: no washer/dryer; very small fridge; parking spot labeled for this room but can only be used to load/unload; must park in public parking with tag. Property manager allowed us to park in the marked parking spot overnight on our last night bc we loaded up the night before leaving. However, our departure was delayed over 2 hours because the property owner blocked our vehicle in with his vehicle. This owner has numerous apartments and restaurants in the immediate area. Our opinion, the owner is disrespectful and unappreciative to his patrons. Our parking tag clearly stated our room information and that we were departing on this day. If the public parking areas are not accommodating for him, then he should not ask his renters to use them either. He should also have clear communication with his property manager to verify his own ability to park and not be rude to his guests. Backing up and blocking your renters vehicle shows his character clearly and will definitely be a consideration in future trips to Seaside.

Overall the experience was great. The unit is in a great location right behind the Seaside semicircle. The beach was a short walk and was pristine as always. It was a big plus that this unit had a large smart tv with Netflix for some late night relaxation!

We booked a 3 night stay. Studio was a little hard to find but property manager was very helpful with directions. The listing does tell you there is no assigned parking so be prepared for that. You get a parking pass for the “public” parking area (it’s like a big horseshoe) but it’s not close to the studio. BUT, the property manager gave us permission to pull right up to the door & unload our luggage, etc into the first floor studio. Then we had to go re-park the car in the public parking area. The studio was nice but we initially had problems with TV & AC remotes but Marvin (PM) brought us new batteries. Housekeeping overlooked restocking bath towels/wash cloths, but once again, Marvin quickly responded to our needs. The location can’t be beat: steps from the beach & restaurants. Cabana-man took care of all our beach equipment and at our age, that was PERFECT!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway and it was better than we could have imagined. Not only was the location extremely close to the town square and beach, but the actual studio was beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is newly renovated, the bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was adorable and overall we felt so blessed to have the opportunity to stay here. We are already planning for our next trip back!

Such a great location and property. Property was small, but was perfect for what we needed. We absolutely loved Seaside and want to visit again soon soon! Would definitely stay in this property again.

Great location for exploring seaside!

This was our fourth trip to Seaside, but first time staying in the square and we loved it. We enjoyed being walking distance to everything and having access to the main beach entrance. The property was just as pictured and a comfortable stay. It’s perfect for a long weekend for two.

Great studio apartment! Beautifully decorated and stocked! Temperature in apartment was easily adjusted to right settings. Had a great relaxing time on the beach!

My wife and I had a nice getaway and stayed at this cozy spot! This was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed. The location is right in the heart of Seaside and yet extremely peaceful and quiet! The bed was comfortable and the room was easily accessible. The map and instructions that were given to us previously were very helpful and thought out.We highly recommend this location and the host was pleasant to work with!

The property was exactly as pictured in the listing. The check-in process was easy and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The location is worth every penny! Only a few steps away from the heart of Seaside. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.

Property was just OK. Not a lot of living space. Porches were beautiful, location was great. Bathrooms were filthy. Shower curtain plastic liner looks like it hasn’t been replaced in a year. Just gross. There were two beach towels for five of us and when I told the manager he brought over beach towels that were almost see-through. He had to get them at the dollar store. Kind of insulting probably shouldn’t of even brought them. When I told him the blankets or a tiny bit thicker than sheets and we froze the first night he did have someone bring over blankets. Just seems like they don’t invest a lot of money into maintaining this property. It’s sad because it is a perfect location

The property was fantastic - great location. We had trouble finding it at first because we didn't see the Rhapsody sign anywhere (there are 2 names on the door that I can't remember) - but it's above the Nigels banana/ice cream. store (which is very good BTW). The property manager was very quick to respond to any question I had. We had never been to this area before and didn't know about the private beaches. They have umbrellas and chairs to rent but they cost $80/day for one umbrella and 2 chairs - that would have been $240/day for us so I went to Walmart to buy our own chairs and umbrellas - still expensive because they really mark them up in that area, but we still saved money. The walk to the beach was very close but if you are driving and can take your own chairs and umbrellas - it would be nice to have a wagon to lug everything over. I would definitely stay here again..

I can’t say enough about the location of this condo, it was perfection. The rooms were spacious as well as the living room and kitchen. I loved the screened porch for coffee in the mornings. It was so relaxing. I enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. Although we unfortunately had to cut our trip a little short the property manager and owner were so kind and understanding. Highly recommend, and hope to book again in the future.

-The house was great located in the center of Seaside. Super clean and fully stocked with cleaning supplies, washing detergent, condiments and cooking utensils. The owner and the property manager were very responsive. We will come back next year.

Could not have a better location. Heart of Seaside. The balcony overlooking Ruskin Sq was amazing as was the interior of the unit. Seriously loved this condo!
