Inside these two homes, you'll find crisp colors and fun beach decor as well as cooling central air conditioning, multiple ceiling fans, two updated and well-equipped, full kitchens, plus comfortably-furnished living areas. Grab your towels and walk right out your front door to the sand, easily returning in mid-day for snacks or mid-day naps. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor showers, toss your swimsuits in the washers and dryers, and end the night with a little TV or post the day’s pics to social media using the complimentary high-speed WiFi. Even better, gather around the firepits out front to plan your next day's events. THINGS TO KNOW Outdoor showers on-site. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Really nice place. Easy beach access

Property as advertised. Cleanliness was acceptable but some areas needed attention.(door mats were Sandy; high traffic areas had finger prints; showers had mold along glass lines) Beautiful views; ample space. Loved having basic supplies left for kitchen; baths, & laundry. Well stocked kitchen except more coffee cups are needed. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. We felt this unit was a good value.
