Welcome to Palms at Wailea 801, your ultimate tropical getaway on the island of Maui. At over 1000 square feet, our spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor unit is the perfect choice for a romantic escape or a small family vacation.
As you enter the unit, you are greeted by a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary appliances and cookware to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The open concept living and dining area is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the island. Remote workers will appreciate the large desk in the living area. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large, private, and shaded lanai while taking in the serene garden views.
The bedroom is complete with a Cal King-size bed and offers plenty of closet space for your belongings. The ensuite bathroom features a shower/tub combination and plenty of towels for your convenience. An additional bathroom is also available for your guests.
In the air-conditioned comfort, you will marvel at the original art and spacious accommodations. Venture out to the beach with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler in tow. Your free, assigned parking space is just outside the front door. Stay connected with blazing fast, and free, Wi-Fi.

We have stayed in various units within the Palms over the years. We loved this unit!!Very nicely decorated, very clean, it felt very private, great response from Todd our host when ever we had an inquiry or a request. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

The palms is a beautiful and peaceful complex in a convenient location to access all that Wailea area has to offer. Not the shortest walk to the beach compared to other options, but spacious units with large lanais and elevated ocean views from the pool area. This was a last minute rental, and our hosts were very responsive with check in happening within an hour of booking the stay. They provided clear instructions for check in and the unit contains clear guides to operate TVs, WIFI, etc. Any questions we had were answered promptly by written responses and/or a follow up phone call.

My daughter and I stayed in this condo and really enjoyed it. The location was perfect. The beach was in walking distance, we were very close to the boat launch where we took several whale watching trips and the Shops at Wailea were just down the road. A great Wailea location at a reasonable price.
