A home away from home! ● LOCATION This comfortable house is located just blocks away from 3 major hospitals and NuLu/Market St. Conveniently located and centered between Bardstown Rd and the Highlands making it easy to get to the Yum Center, Lynn/Slugger Field, Expo Center, Churchill Downs, and many other attractions Louisville has to offer. The second bedroom is well-appointed/arranged and provides a feeling of open space and natural flow which will make you feel right at home It also contains a desk in the corner, perfect for anyone looking to work from home. ● BATHROOM The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer. The first bathroom is an en-suite located in the masters bedroom. It contains a shower/tub combo which is perfect for families who need to bathe their young ones whilst the other one is attached to the family room, just steps away from the front bedroom. ● PARKING There is private off-street parking for two cars behind the home, as well as plenty of street parking in front of the house (we have never had an issue finding a spot) making accessing the home easy. ● ADDITIONAL AMENITIES There is an in-unit washer-dryer, the backyard fenced in with patio seating and a corn hole/bocce ball area, a fire pit, and picnic table, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs with streaming apps. PETS: (dogs/cats) are allowed for an extra pet fee of $100/pet with a weight limit of 50lbs. Only up to 3 pets are allowed. The unauthorized bringing of pets will have a penalty of $300 which will go towards the deep cleaning of the property. SMOKING: We do not allow smoking inside the property or in outdoor spaces. There will be a smoking fine of $300 if there is evidence of smoking at the property. NOISE: Please observe quiet hours after 9 PM. Please be mindful of the neighbors as this property is situated in a quiet neighborhood. DAMAGES & LOSS: We love our home and would truly appreciate it if you could treat it like your own. You will be responsible for any damages or loss to the property. Please advise us of any damage or loss immediately. LATE CHECK-OUT: In the event of a late check-out that is not agreed upon by the hosts, fees do apply. Paying the following fees does not entitle you to extend your stay without host permission.
