Welcome to your Private Waterfront Escape, designed for relaxing, outdoor living, and spending time together. Tucked away on the river in a peaceful, secluded setting, this spacious and immaculate four-bedroom home gives you room to spread out while keeping you just minutes from Point Pleasant Beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and all the family activities the Shore has to offer.
The heart of the home is the large, bright, open-concept kitchen and living area. The spacious eat-in kitchen flows directly into the main living space, creating one large gathering area where everyone can cook, eat, relax, and spend time together. Whether it’s breakfast before the beach, a big family dinner, or a quiet night at home, there’s plenty of room for the entire group.
Step outside and you’ll quickly see what makes this home special. The large waterfront backyard is built for summer living. Spend the afternoon in the newly lined saltwater pool, fire up the outdoor BBQ for dinner, play games in the yard, or simply relax by the water. The expansive deck and covered porch provide plenty of space for outdoor dining and gathering, while the riverfront setting creates a private backdrop away from the crowds.
Start the morning with coffee overlooking the river, spend the day at the beach or pool, and come back for a BBQ and drinks outside as the sun goes down. Dock access also makes it easy to enjoy sitting by the water.
When you’re ready to explore, you’re only about 10 minutes from the Point Pleasant boardwalk and beach and within easy reach of several Jersey Shore beach towns. Beach chairs are provided, making it easy to choose between a day on the ocean and a day relaxing at the house.
Sleeping Arrangements
The home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with several separate sleeping areas, making it especially convenient for extended families and groups traveling together.
• Primary Bedroom – Rear/River View: King bed, beautiful river views, and private bathroom.
• Rear Bedroom – River View: Queen bed with river views and access to the hallway bathroom.
• Front Bedroom – Top Floor: Queen bed and private bathroom.
• Front Bedroom – Bottom Floor: Queen bed plus pullout sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests.
• Loft: Full-size pullout sofa, accommodating up to 2 guests.
Throughout the home, you’ll find the conveniences that make a longer Shore stay easy, including high-efficiency central air, washer and dryer, multiple refrigerators and freezers, indoor and outdoor cooking areas, Sonos sound system, Smart TVs, beach chairs, and plenty of space to settle in.
The location gives you the best of both worlds: a quiet, secluded waterfront setting where you can enjoy your own pool, yard, dock, and outdoor space, while still being close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and Point Pleasant attractions.
We are pet-friendly as well! Please no proms, large parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups.

What a beautiful and well-stocked home! The house was the perfect location for our family gathering. It is spacious, with an amazing kitchen and comfortable bedrooms, and an easy drive to the beach. The pool, outdoor kitchen, and wonderful view of the water were incredible. We loved talking and playing games as we watched the boats go by. Madison was quick to respond and a gracious, helpful host. We will definitely look forward to staying at her lovely home again.

We stayed at this beautiful home just prior to the Christmas holidays and it was a wonderful week. It was one of the nicest properties we've stayed in and it was the perfect home and location to host our annual family holiday get together. The owners were kind enough to put up a Christmas tree and some holiday decorations and it really made us feel at home during our stay. The home looks exactly as featured on the site and is tastefully decorated and very well-appointed. The open floor plan and the spacious kitchen were perfect for hosting our family and the views from all levels of the home were spectacular. We enjoyed the bay sunsets and the relaxing vibe of the home. We will absolutely be back next December and will likely inquire for the summer as well so we can truly enjoy the incredible outdoor space/pool/outdoor kitchen etc. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to shopping, restaurants etc. It was a wonderful holiday getaway and the hosts were gracious, easy to communicate with and accommodating. We look forward to returning!

My family and I stayed at this property in July. There were 7 of us total, including two young children under the age of 3. I'll start with the positives, because in fairness, we enjoyed ourselves and the property met our needs. The house is beautiful, has ample space, and the backyard is second to none with access to a dock and pool which we very much enjoyed. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all well maintained and very clean.Moving to the negatives. As another reviewer commented, there was no central AC upstairs and some rooms did not even come equipped with window units, making them unusable in the middle of summer. Upon arrival, the upstairs was 80 degrees, as only two bedrooms had window units. As I mentioned, we were a party of 7 and thus were very concerned about sleeping arrangements, especially with two young children. We immediately contacted the property owner, and she sent a repair man to install a window AC unit in the 3rd bedroom so we could use it. While she dealt with the issue promptly, the fact there was no proactive communication about this was very frustrating. The property is listed as a 4-bedroom that can sleep 10, which was misleading given the lack of AC in all bedrooms. When expressing our disappointment, the owner's response was "We need to upgrade the equipment and add an additional zone". This would have been nice to know before spending 13K for the week.All in all, it was an OK experience, but we will not be booking here again.
