The kitchen boasts an upgraded suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, and a dishwasher for handling home cooking and cleanup with ease. A private, closed-door home office comes furnished for any remote working needs. Everyday home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Legacy Sports Complex. Property is clean and updated. Has a well-stocked kitchen and great opportunities for outdoor grilling. The beds are super comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we felt very safe. Check in and check out was very easy. I highly recommend this property.

This house felt like home from the moment we walked in the door. It was beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the location was perfect for our visit to Gilbert. My only suggestion to the owner would be to supply more toiletries, some bottled or filtered water, and a few more kitchen essentials, such as olive oil and aluminum foil. Other than that, our stay was extremely enjoyable. I would recommend!

Beautiful home, very comfortable. Great patio and pool area. Very convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. Nice neighborhood for walking with lovely parks. We had a wonderful time and will recommend it to our friends.

This house was perfect for our trip to take our son to school. It was perfectly situated near the campus. I was able to telework with no issues. The house was the perfect size, and the yard/pool was amazing. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. It took numerous calls to Vacasa to get them to first acknowledge the issue and then to get us moved to a different property. The Vacasa customer support line does not communicate well and it takes you to constantly call them to get anything done. When they finally assigned a local manager, Shea from Vacasa worked hard to get us into a different property for our 2 week stay. We would stay in this house again if the AC works. Not so sure about renting from a Vacasa property again.

We fly into Phoenix-Mesa from our hometown and this location is just 10 quick minutes away. The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and the pool is refreshing. We’ll definitely be back.

This was a wonderful property. Plenty of space, very clean, and well stocked with all bathroom and kitchen items. We loved that our pets were welcomed and there were dog bowls and a bed if needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and games available too! We loved this property and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.
