The LARGE three-bedroom apartment of brand new construction (June 2013) is characterized by a unique style, with modern and well-kept interiors. The apartment is located in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa, about 300 meters from the beach and the centre. The house is 300 meters from the beach and the promenade of Marina di Ragusa (the promenade is the centre) where there are bars and restaurants. The area is quiet and away from the chaos of the night clubs. On foot it is possible to reach a minimarket, the bakery, the butcher's shop, the fruit and vegetable shops which are all located around the main square (which is about 500 meters from the apartment). The main supermarket in Marina di Ragusa is in the suburban area and is about 1.5 km away, so a car is recommended (even if they still go on foot in some cases) The apartment is 350 meters from the bus stop. A short distance away (about 400 meters) is the main square of Marina di Ragusa where you will find bars, restaurants, the bank, the pharmacy and the grocery stores.
