My husband I became grandparents while visiting. The birth took place while we visited. Great place to come back to and sit by the fire and relax. Heard an owl hooting one 3am moment of awake. So cool. Nice kitchen space. Lotsa room upstairs and bedrooms.

The home was exactly as listed and more. Stacy was responsive and kind. It was great having a garage to park in. The proximity to Old Town, New Belgium Brewery, and ability to get quickly to Horseshoe Reservoir made this the perfect spot for us. We will definitely be back and suggest this place to others. My family and I stayed at this home for a week and it was everything we hoped it would be! A very nice house that was very clean and a perfect getaway. Our favorite part was definitely the rooftop fire pit and sitting space. The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood that isn’t far from the downtown area which was nice. Everything went very smoothly from checking in to checking out. It was an amazing stay that we will definitely be coming back to in the future.
