Welcome to our coastal chic vacation home in beautiful Fort Collins! Our sunny and bright home features tons of windows, vaulted ceilings and light wood accents complimented with subtle pops of greenery throughout. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere with a stylish and elegant décor, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our vacation rental is located in the desirable Old Town North neighborhood, just steps away from the Brewery District and the Poudre River Trail. The Brewery District is home to a variety of craft breweries, where you can sample local beers and enjoy a lively atmosphere. While the Poudre River Trail is a popular spot for walking, biking, and enjoying the natural landscape. Downtown Fort Collins is also a short drive away, offering a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. From trendy boutiques and artisanal coffee shops to delicious restaurants and lively bars, there is something for everyone in Downtown Fort Collins. The Pros: The beds are so COMFY!! At least two are king size as well, but everybody loved their two nights of sleep. The location is super duper handy. It was nice to be able to not only park in the garage, but to plug in our electric vehicle (Rivian) in the garage for charging as well. Large bedrooms, nice bathrooms, kitchen is large and airy and open to the living room. The house has a bit of a more modern feel to it which makes it feel newer and more open.The one thing that could really be improved and keep us coming back is to get better living room furniture. Multiple generations hung out here in the evenings. The couch is super low with a low back and the two wooden chairs were like rocks. The couch is super difficult to get in and out of if you have any height to you at all or are older and were just generally very uncomfortable. The makeup wipes provided need to be thrown away, they are dried up. The book in the kitchen said there was free Netflix, but it was not free or had been signed out of. We looked for the television remote for probably 10 minutes until we found it under the tv.

Loved this home while staying in Fort Collins. It’s close to downtown and grocery stores which is great! Highly recommend!
