The expansive deck that overlooks the lake is furnished with luxurious patio furniture, and a cast aluminum iron table that seats up to 8 people. The house is equipped with special electronic plugs that repel all types of insects and rotans. The Lakehouse is located in downtown Littel Elm, it is in proximity with Frisco, McKinney, and Prosper (all within a 15 min drive). If you own a boat or a jet ski, there is a boat ramp located at 1101 W. Eldorado Parkway, Little Elm, TX 75068. The boat ramp is 5 min away from the house and costs $10 per day.
