Very accessible location to subway & sights of Milan. Loved the grocery market on the ground floor.
Sofa sleeper bed was not comfortable.

Nice apartment, about a 20 min walk from the Duomo. Well connected via Metro (M3 line directly) and the trams. Perfect for sleeping 2-3, but for more it relies on the sofabed which is not very comfortable.
There was a non working coffee machine and no kettler, stove did not work, no sponge or dish soap. The walls are thin, so there's quite noise coming from the trams outside the bedroom window.

It was easy to get the keys, apart from that there is nothing positive about this stay. I would not recommend staying there.
Beware, the sofa bed in the living room is curved. It hurt my back and neck because of the shape of the bed. The pictures are misleading.
The host also didn't tell me how to operate the gas in the kitchen. At 8 PM, I was WhatsApp calling them, texting them, the one who was operating the WhatsApp queries had no idea on how to operate it. Since I traveled with my small kid, I wanted to cook, I begged them to visit and take a look. They didn't care. They said keep checking the plugs, etc etc. As a tourist, after a long hectic day I was fixing their gas.
Also, apartment is very noisy. You will hear a lot of noises from neighbors. I was continuously getting toilet flush noises.
I travelled with stroller, I didn't know it was supposed to be folded and taken upstairs (host didn't tell me about that), so I locked downstairs, the next day neighbors spilled a lot of water in it, I couldn't use it for half of the day till it got dried in the sun.
It was really a poor communication from the host from multiple fronts.
