The accommodation is good and looks like the pictures. We did not experience any unpleasant noises or uncomfortable situations, unlike some of the reviews we had read.

However, I would like to warn future guests about the additional charges. There is no logic in charging €10 for late check-in when nobody is there to welcome you. On Booking, it states that additional charges are to be paid upon arrival at the property. In our case, this was not true. We were asked to pay the additional charges online by bank transfer, not through Booking. There is no reception, and nobody personally welcomes you. You simply collect the keys yourself and enter the accommodation. We personally had no problem with collecting the keys ourselves, and it made no difference to us. However, charging an additional €10 for late check-in when there is no one to welcome you does not make sense. Also, Booking states that Wi-Fi and air conditioning may cost an additional €2 per night. We did not pay for Wi-Fi or air conditioning, yet both internet and air conditioning were available in the accommodation. This makes these additional charges seem misleading and suspicious. The accommodation itself is good, but be very careful with additional charges, payment methods and late check-in fees. Make sure to check all the conditions before arriving.

+ Ottima location vicina al centro storico, curata e pulita. Frigobar, TV, Bagno capiente, doccia grande e soprattutto economica. Ci ritorno di sicuro

Tutto. La camera era piccola ma nonostante questo aveva ogni comfort (dal frigobar con 2 bottigliette d'acqua ad un comodo appendiabiti con gruccette alla doccia spaziosa). Non c'è stato nessun problema. Struttura davvero consigliatissima

Innanzitutto su booking la tassa di soggiorno è calcolata male in quanto indica 1,5€ per persona invece per Palermo le strutture extra alberghiere devono chiedere 2 euro. Poi consiglierei all' host di includere i costi di Wi-Fi, lenzuola e asciugamani nel prezzo, rendereste i clienti più contenti e farebbe bene alle recensioni. In più, per essere più ecologici, consiglierei di mettere 1 bottiglia da 2 litri di acqua invece che le 2 piccole da 0,5.

La localisation, endroit au sous sol, début de film d’horreur, pas de porte entre chambre et toilette. Étant 2 filles l’endroit était vraiment insalubre
