This was the most adorable Hanok stay in Jeonju, a really gorgeous building that felt like a haven to return to. Arriving at night when it was all lit up felt magical. We had a friendly and warm welcome from the owner, who gave us good tips for exploring and where to try classic Jeonju food. He met us when we were checking in late and helped us arrange a taxi to the bus station for a good and affordable price (the same as Uber from there). It is ideally located in the middle of the Hanok Village and a very easy walk to everywhere we wanted to visit in Jeonju.
Not that we did not like, as we enjoyed the experience of sleeping in traditional bedding. However for those who are not used to it (like us 😊) it did lead to quite a bit of a sore back.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Samlockhon Hanok Stay. La struttura è bellissima e permette di vivere un’esperienza autentica in un tradizionale hanok coreano, con un’atmosfera tranquilla e accogliente.
La posizione è ottima per visitare Jeonju e immergersi nella bellezza del villaggio hanok. La camera era pulita, curata e molto caratteristica, e ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio.
Un’esperienza che consiglio assolutamente a chi vuole scoprire Jeonju in modo autentico e soggiornare in un luogo speciale. Torneremmo volentieri!
