Super close to Hwajeong Station (line 3), 30mins subway from Gimpo airport, can get to Kintex on public transport. Taxi is also cheap around US$10. Lots of restaurants, a little park nearby for walk, olive young, daiso etc.

The location was convenient, with Hwajeong Station close by and lots of shopping areas and restaurants in the area. The staff were also very responsive online when we requested an additional towel and room key. We also appreciated having free streaming services available on the TV, which we were able to use during our stay.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was a major issue. The room was extremely dirty, to the point where we felt uncomfortable touching things and tried to avoid using surfaces as much as possible before cleaning them ourselves. The headboard of the bed was duct-taped to the wall, and there was hair on both the floor and in the bathroom. The bathtub looked like it had never been properly scrubbed. The shower pressure was also directed straight towards the wall rather than properly into the shower area, causing water to splash everywhere and soak the whole bathroom.
For a booking for two people, the self check-in only provided one room key and one towel, so we had to contact the staff to request additional ones.
There was also a very dusty, boarded-up area where the window appeared to be, with wires sticking out around it. This just made the room feel even more poorly maintained. The room also had two computers, but neither had all the appropriate cords needed to properly turn them on, so they were unusable even if we had wanted to use them.
The hotel appears to also operate as a short-stay/adult hotel, which was not clearly disclosed on Booking.com. We had very loud neighbours at extremely late hours that confirmed this... There were also occasions when the smell of cigarette smoke was extremely strong outside the rooms (on the 6th floor), suggesting that people were smoking indoors.
