Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, auch bei Änderungswünschen sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit. Schöne Zimmer, weitläufige Anlage. Der SPA Bereich sehr ordentlich und sauber. Gutes Frühstück war ebenso angeboten.
Leider gab es nur Essen vom Buffet (39€). Also keine Alternative, selbst wenn man nur etwas Kleines essen möchte. Die Getränkepreise im Barbereich sind leider relativ hoch.

Dusche Schiebetüren sollten die Führungen keinen Schimmel haben, und einige Spuren vorheriger Gäste an den Wänden unterer Bereich sollte man entfernen

Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t quite live up to our expectations. The rooms shown in the photos looked modern and inviting, but the room we received was very different. It felt dated and didn’t match what we expected based on the pictures.
Finding our room was surprisingly confusing. After taking the elevator, we had to use several staircases and walk through different corridors because one of the hallways was closed off, apparently due to renovation work. It made reaching our room far more complicated than it needed to be, and parts of the hotel looked like they were in need of refurbishment.
Another disappointment was that the swimming pool and sauna closed quite early, leaving very little opportunity to use the wellness facilities after a day out.
The hotel itself wasn’t terrible, but considering the price and the impression created by the photos, we expected a much better experience. A bit more transparency about the rooms and the ongoing condition of parts of the hotel would have been appreciated.
