Location was phenomenal. Communication for access and rules were great and easy!
All the bedding was on the floor and dirty when we showed up. And the floors were so dirty I had to completely sweep the whole house just to feel comfortable with my shoes off. Mosquitoes were so bad downstairs we couldn’t even enjoy the downstairs during the day or night.

Location was great, place was great, clean and nice.
Toilet paper wasn't stocked, AC was 81 overnight and owner just texted us it was our fault for going in and out and then took access to turn it down and turned it off for the night. AC was turned back on at 6am and got to 74 then up to 79 the 2nd night. Owner did send guy to change filter but otherwise was not understanding or kind and just said it was because of us. Ice maker also could not keep up. Had a little ice in the mornings but not the rest of the day. In the heat of August, ice, AC and toilet paper are imortant.
