Good location

Apartment looking tired, air con didn’t work but resolved by moving us to another one on our last night. Didn’t represent blue for money.

Spacious apartment, good location and nice pool.

Reception staff not overly helpful. No city maps or any other brochures available at reception or in apartment. Had to go to Information Centre.

The plumbing is awful, there’s a strong sewerage smell from the drain in the ensuite bathroom, it filled the whole apartment making it difficult to reside

The place was clean and spacious for 4 pax. Aircon was strong. Felt safe. Comfortable sofa. Check in was easy. Sufficient supply of toiletries.

Should have a dressing table or a full length mirror. Toilets looked old but still functional. Water pressure was excellent. The king bed was hard and not comfortable to sleep, personal preference.

Great location. Lovely rooftop pool.

Apartments are tired, and aircon not working properly. The property manager tried very hard to make up for these issues which was nice.

The apartment is spacious and beautiful with great views and in a good location. The host is friendly and responsive.

It’s important that guests know there is a giant building being constructed right next to the Avalon. Noise starts around 7:30/8am and goes on into the night (one night until midnight, but it was not that late on other nights). During our stay, the AC stopped working in our bedrooms but staying working in the living room so the host had our bed moved to the living room for one night until we could change to a different apartment in the same building (which was also beautiful). Also the washer and dryer didn’t work in the first apartment but it did in the second. I imagine it got fixed after our stay.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The host responded right away and got us replacement for the AC remote battery and microwave for the apartment.

Minor problem. The guest bathroom design for the tub cause the water to collect and overspill onto the floor easily. Just had to be careful to adjust for lower water pressure keep the shower head closer to the tub

Great location to cafes, restaurants, a few large shopping malls and the main tourist attractions. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The green tea with tea pot and cups laid out on the coffee table was a nice touch, my kids instantly made tea when we first arrived. Cleaning was provided multiple times over our stay which was great. Nice park view. We loved the rooftop pool, which is large and has an amazing view of the city, especially at night. The building also includes security guards and reception who were all very friendly and helpful. Grab food orders were so quick to be delivered and the apartment has easy street access. Plus 2 ATMs just next door. We liked it so much, we extended our stay rather than moving to a hotel.
