Excellent option for Downtown Hartford
Everything was excellent. I would book this property again if I ever return to Hartford.
The street out front is a bit noisy, lots of loud vehicles at all hours of the day and night, but I used the AC as a "white noise machine", so that worked reasonably well.

nice location, but property does say it has a/c in description and it does not. Putting that in the description mean
close to bushnell
no air-conditioning as described.

beautiful place with a home feeling comfortable bed close to attractions. just in a bad area of town unfortunately
it was very close to everything, had a home feeling. got to save money buy cooking in the unit. bed was comfortable, couch also. having streaming tv was a bonus
make the wrong turn out and it’s a bad section. i know it wasn’t the properties fault but my entail car was broken into and stolen. thankfully he had cameras. however it was very scary, it was very loud street which again is out of the owners control. I did find that the top of the windows were cracked open. once i shut and locked them the nose was cut down

It is not a terrible place but I would not stay here again with my family it was not what we expected .
I liked that it was near the historical buildings ext.
It was an oven it felt so hot . it tools hours for the apartment to cool down to a somewhat comfortable level. the bed was worn down that you had no choice put to roll into the middle making it very uncomfortable for my partner and I to sleep. the sofa bed was is terrible shape as well my daughter ended up sleeping on the floor she was so uncomfortable on the sofa bed .

Lovely, Convenient, and Comfortable
Kitchen had all necessary items to cook with. Parking, gas station next door and Dunkin' next door were all nice surprises. TV with streaming services was nice. I liked the "old feel" to the apartment itself - as a former Brooklyn resident it reminded me of home.
Location was slightly louder than I expected - not that I mind, but the instructions were very specific about quiet hours and I found that the residents didn't even follow this. My first night someone was arguing loudly across the unusable balcony and the second night there was some sort of event where the parking lot across the street was being used and until late at night there was activity and noise so I don't think the "quiet hours" are necessary. It's a city. The balcony was closed, I couldn't figure out the reason for this as I saw others (possibly residents?) using it. Could have been a little cleaner - there were crumbs in different spots in the kitchen before I used it. And why was everything unplugged when I got there? There was only one usable lamp in the living room (though there were 3 there) and one outlet didn't work at all. Also - in the same style as an old Brooklyn apartment this place was HOT! I had to crack all the windows when I got there because it was like 85 in the apartment, there is no way to control this I know but it was really hot.
