There is good provision of utensils in the kitchen and grocery shop just a minute away. Spacious rooms and clean washrooms are added advantage. Would like to stay here if we visit Mysore next time!

Only the staff were polite.

The management was very bad. They take bookings in the name of this property and accommodate you in their other properties which are not at all worth the money they are charging. No basic facilities are available. No drinking water is provided. No housekeeping is provided. You have to keep them calling for housekeeping. Linens and carpets are not at all clean. Toilet seats and bathrooms are also not clean.

Horrible un clean property. No lift. It's within premise of boys hostel which came as a last min surprise to us Drainage smell in the bedroom as attached bathroom has no exhaust Linen n bed sheets have blood stains Huge unmaintained garbage stands greet you at entrance Tv does not work n had to call multiple times to get this fixed Kichen utensils are dilapidated n not in usable state Tv is opp dining so one will need to sit straight while watching TV, no sofa or chairs.. Dusty kitchen n sink Unclean washroom It was neither a hotel nor airbnb but it claims to be some suvarna hotel which is confusing and misguiding customer

Calm and Peaceful location, short drive to Mysore attractions.

Hair strands in bed.

The caretaker was very responsive. Keys were provided when payment was fully made on the first day. Caretaker took care of resolving issues on time. Maid cleaned the room once in 3 days.

The bathroom sink was losely attached to the wall and one face wash caused the sink to detatch from the wall. Bugs (cockroaches and ants) were everywhere. Dishes provided were not thoroughly washed.The water tank (sump) was empty on few occasions and there was no water in the bathrooms due to this. Looks like bed sheets were not washed since we could spot some stains on them.

Very well maintained house and located at prime location

Excellent facilities, friendly staff. Special mention for Mr. Suresh, who was very friendly and cooperative.
