Great location for airport and comfy beds

The pool and gym facilities were great! The room was large and bed was super comfortable. Nice and easy location for getting to the airport.

We had requested two beds but when we arrived the bed was still joint as one so one blanket to share between two of us. It was late when we arrived and the bed was large so we didn’t make too much of a fuss. There was also some confusion at check in as the staff wanted me to give a second credit card to be charged when one had already been charged. It might have been a language barrier issue but after myself insisting on the one card it all worked out.

I will stay again next time.

I love everything about ParkRoyal. The staff is friendly and great! We are well served during our stay here. Even the security staffs greet us whenever we come back hotel.

The hotel had very strange policies that the staff did not seem to be on top of, which made both check-in and ordered drinks protracted processes

Good location but not comfortable bed

Front desk taff should be more cheerful, slow to get my room, level 7 ( where I stay) not smell good, bed iis very uncomfortable,

Staff not super on point, was supposed to prepare the invoice while I was having breakfast, didn't do any of that and had to wait for them to finalize it. They were also supposed to send the invoice via email but I never received it.

Wonderful service

We stayed for a week and found the staff to be exceptional, the facilities are better than I expected and we enjoyed the food as well. A great place to stay and convenient to the airport.

If you’re hoping to spend a lot of time in district 1 you will spend a bit of time in taxis. Aside from that I didn’t find anything to dislike.

Excellent hotel away from hustle and bustle of HCMC. Quiet rooms and very comfortable bed.

Staff in all areas were exceptional and extremely friendly. Great breakfast and very comfortable and quiet room on 6th Floor.. My Wife was ill for the first two days and the breakfast staff made small food packs for her which were greatly appreciated.

No complaints whatever.
