The apartment is large, was larger than expected, clean, very well equipped, and had a fresh, pleasant smell when we arrived. The location is good, although I wouldn’t consider it a prime location, with kids it was a 15min walk. For anyone looking to be close to Chabad, however, it is excellent within 100m.
The pool was clean, spacious, though it is 1 meter deep, which worked well for our family, but is a limited pool overall.
The hosts were responsive and communication was generally good, although unfortunately they were not really able to accommodate or resolve a couple of issues requests/issues we raised during our stay.
There were a number of smaller things that affected the overall experience. We had seen the host mention in responses to previous reviews that water is provided, but there was none when we arrived. This was not a big deal, but worth mentioning. The bathrooms could also use some attention. One toilet seat was broken, which was reported to us on the day we arrived, but it could not be fixed during our stay. The shower itself was fine, but the shower head needs to be held by hand and the water tends to spread outside the shower area.
The air conditioning works well, although the units are quite noisy. The outdoor eating area does not have air conditioning, so depending on the weather it can be quite hot.
There was only one pair of towels, which can make you deal with some towel economy, especially on the longer stays and if you plan them both for beach/pool activity and for regular showing post those.
There are 2 beds in the apartment, one 140m wide and the other 1.8m width. The worst part for us was the bed, the bed was very soft and felt somewhat worn down. It was in a state that made it really difficult for me to sleep and affected in part the holiday. The other aspect of the bed, was that we had to share blankets with my wife, and there was no extra.

Sentralt, rent, pent og flott veranda.
At svømmebassenget ikke kunne brukes pga duer som badet og oppholdt seg der. Til info så synes vi det var dårlig veiledning på Aircondition.

La ubicación era muy buena, estaba a 600 metros de la playa y cerca de varios puntos de venta de conveniencia.
Esta en un condominio silencioso.
La distribución de los espacios es bastante cómoda y muy bien organizada.
La piscina tiene muchas heces de paloma.
La limpieza de la piscina no es tan regular en las fechas que fuimos.

great location!
no communication whatsoever! try to contact the owners many times, but they never replied. I had a problem parking the car in the complex the first day because the gate would only open with a specific cell phone provided by the owner, but the prepaid card was not topped up, so i had to find a store to top it up my self… (and you can imagine the stress with a full car and the whole family coming direct from a 4 hour flight) and of course I had to find that out my self because nobody would answer the phone or replied to the emails!
