Excellent place to stay. Itโs even better than a hotel stay as all the amenities such as washer/dryer, microwave and lots of storage place are available in the room.

The view was great, lots of space and quite comfortable, close to transport and easy to walk wherever we wanted to go. Staff were very keen to help out if needed.
The TV was older and would not stream services (had Netflix). Make sure to take a chromecast or similar if you want to watch specific services.

Good walking distance to trams and Victoria markets.
There was damage to a wall with plate to cover it. A deep clean is needed. Dust over and around the bedroom heat pump. Couch needed a clean and was uncomfortable. Main bedroom door is frosted glass which is not very private, especially when the second bedroom has a foldable door. Very small for four people.
