The room was good, with a comfortable bed and nice views. There are restaurants right in front of the hotel, which were good to eat in but not noisy at night ! We paid extra for the breakfast and it was good value for money !
There is no parking, albeit the hotel were very helpful in telling us about free parking close by !

Your basic, but fully functional, 3 star, friendly and helpful personnel, easy to reach with a car, there was no problem finding a parking place right next to the hotel in the street (just don't park in the paid parking lot across the street - it is very expensive except on weekends when it is free). The room had a small balcony that was nice.
It is not close to the city centre - about 30 minutes' of brisk walk, though quite pleasant along the sea (at least in spring, it may be less pleasant in hot summer). You can take a bus. The immediate neighbourhood is not very interesting. It is, of course, a price / location tradeoff.

Clean and spacious
Not close to main town of Sete, but given the parking issues in Sete it’s probably a good compromise.
