Great location. It's near the roadside yet very calm with a beautiful view of the yard. Modern furniture. Occasionally you would find some cute fat cats 🐈 around the vicinity and for cat lovers like me, I get to pet them.
Oh, and the staff is very welcoming too.
Just the AC sometimes does not blow cold enough as I would expect on the hot days.

Отличное расположение, все рядом. Очень уютный отель, скорее всего вернусь сюда. Персонал по-русски не говорит, но все можно решить, переводчики на такие случаи, надеюсь у всех под рукой. Вай фай нормально работает, но обычно же все симки в Тае берут и вайфай не особо нужен.
Постель не меняли, все и всегда нужно просить, даже туалетную бумагу. На балконах не убирают, вся грязь с ног тащится на постель. Номера убирали только по просьбе, завтраки однообразные, но вкусные. Почему в раковине для умывания холодная вода?!

100 %really lovely staff. Nothing is to much trouble. The young girls that clean and cook breakfast are so kind and work really hard. Breakfast is very miminal, but they even deliver to your room. Free tea, coffee and water all day. Lovely pool, walking distance to beach and Central mall. 7-11 close by. Lots of restaurants around. Even found a nice hairdresser close by. Staff were very helpful and let me change rooms to a nicer room. No problem and 2nd room OK. But rooms had really big beds could sleep 3-4 people. 3nd room had a chair that pulled out as a single bed. Also this room had microwave, kettle and plates and cutlery. Nice and bright room, all rooms have a little balcony with chairs for people who smoke. TV works great, bedding and towels are supplied daily. Water 2 bottles each day, fridge in all rooms.
So many positive reasons to stay, but also negatives
First room 204 was in desperate need of maintenance, smell of damp really was bad. Bathroom roof and walls around bed were damp, looked like a leak. Walls are bad. Very depressing room. 2nd room was nicer, more daylight bigger room but also really smells bad of damp. The air con is old leaks into the tiles in the bathroom. Smell in bathroom is so strong.sadly 2nd room has a nightclub behind and the music is so loud until early hours of the morning.
