Hotel Dumaguete

I also loved the food they served to us, it was all great and delicious. All the staff are warm and accommodating. This Hotel is highly recommended.

The staff was always friendly and helpful… though we didnt get assistance when we had to bring our luggage down due to the elevator being out of service for several days.

They mostly have rooms with 2 beds (or so I’ve been told). Rooms with single beds are few and you cannot request two beds to be put together. The elevator is quite hot and slow, and took several days to fix.

I like small properties. This hotel is perfect for me. It is simple yet all done in good taste. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are clean.

-No viewer on the door for room 201 -small bathroom, it was tight and the garbage can was inconvenient because we needed to move it around if I were by the lavatory or the toilet. -I had to ask for a hand soap -no refrigerator inside the rooms, but the staff was kind enough to allow me to put my items inside the kitchen pantry refrigerator. I didn’t want to put it in the common refrigerator down the hall. -windows are not soundproof, we could hear every loud motorcycle, trucks and patrol car’s siren,

The Wi-Fi was unstable, which made it difficult to stay connected. The room also didn’t have a table or proper workspace, which would have been helpful. The towels looked quite old and had some stains, which was disappointing. In addition, the rooms were not cleaned daily during our stay. Overall, I expected a higher standard of service and facilities, especially considering that this is one of the more expensive hotels in Dumaguete.
