Fantastic location, nice room, clean sheets and extremely helpful staff. Nice tea and coffee options in room
Shower at bathroom. There are no stalls, while taking a shower entire bathroom is flooded with water on the floor. Breakfast is very limited

Reception staff Rizwan is very kind, nice and helpful.
Good location
They have tap water on the bottles in the room so its best to avoid drinking from there and the hotel charges for the water bottles.
Breakfast staff is terrible with a very very slow service. Plus the breakfast staff demanded the payment to be done in cash and not by card. Was a very disappointing service.
Just to make a tea it took over 45 mins, and the food was very cold. Very poor service by the breakfast staff on the 12th and 13th February.

Property is well located, and Rizwan from Reception is very nice and provides good guest experience.
The breakfast team is really slow, everything just takes too long to make and especially the breakfast staff are really bad. Just to make a tea it took 30 mins, and they keep on pushing so much to pay by cash and refuse taking payments by card.
Didn’t like very much the service of the breakfast staff called Sandeep
