Beds and other furniture were comfy and bedding/towels were clean. The kitchen facilities provided are spot-on and the bathroom was okay. The couple of minutes walk to Ealing Broadway just makes it super-convenient.
The kitchen sink had a leaky seal on the drain pipe, we didn't really need to use the sink so it wasn't a major issue for us but we did report it back to the owner. Outside the property, there was a leaking drain pipe from the property above which was causing a less than pleasant smell and you could be sprayed with (hopefully just) stagnant water if you walked a little close underneath it.
Property in general was great, but decor was looking a little tired in places (understandable though given it's a short-term rental flat).

A very pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was clean and fresh, and the location was great. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Everything was good and we were satisfied with our stay.

Location was great to tube station.
Host was responsive when we had questions or comments
Difficult to access the flat, door locks were tricky and the door jammed/swelled with heat. Could have been cleaner. Not many amenities by host so prepare for soap or bathroom stuff. No hair dryer etc
Room was very damp and nothing dried.
