Great location and views. Loved the house, what we're needed for 5 of us and close to the beach. Garden was contained for the dog and warm and cosy.
Small things, which didn't ruin our stay... Could do with a deep clean. Bit stingey with things like dishwasher tabs and toilet paper and the optional extra linen wasn't worth the money...the towels were old and thin.

The location is great - 200m easy walk to the beach, with water views. Lots of space, good sized rooms, most of the beds were comfy.
Most of the gadgets (washing machine, dishwasher, sandwich maker, rice cooker, Aldi Expressi coffee machine - check the pods) and consumables (oils, herbs, foil and wraps, etc) you could expect.
The place needs some maintenance - doors and windows were hard to open, missing fly screens, kitchen benchtop is chipped and cracked and unhygienic. The upstairs (where it gets quite hot) aircon just blows lukewarm air - we reported it but no fix was forthcoming in the week we stayed.

This place is awesome. We are group of 7 so there's plenty of space for us. Decoration is nice and cozy. Lots of kitchenware for us to cook.
The only part is we didnt bring our own towel.

Was very disappointed in the property. We booked this for our family which has 2 young children. There were a number of safety hazards, rotting and lifted decking and steps, holes in backyard that hadn’t been filled in. Bathroom downstairs was not private as gap in door allowed someone to see in. Towel rail was ripped off wall and left on the window sill with screws hanging from the wall. Shower head was broken. Upstairs toilet was missing a piece of window which allowed bugs in. The second baby gate was also broken and we couldn’t fully block off the stairs.
