Good quality-price. Great location. Room with adequate size. The bed was big and confortable. The small balcony/patio was nice, with an okay view, despite being indoor, worth the price increase.
The room needs renovation, especially due to humidity problems which are very visibly damaging the room. The bathroom is smaller than it seemed, but the bathtube is spacious. However, the bathtube is draining poorly.

Excelente localização, facil acesso, boas condições em geral para usufruto pessoal, andares superiores não indicados para pessoas com pouca mobilidade, limpeza diária dos espaços comuns, privacidade Q.B.. Àgua bem quente no duche e rápidamente aquece com casa de banho privativa. Não tem trânsito à porta, rua sem movimento de viaturas.
Por ser um local central, ouvimos facilmente os barulhos externos dos trausentes, e infelizmente se os vizinhos não respeitarem o horário de silencio, é facilmente audível os barulhos produzidos.
