Very good

The place was beautiful and the staff were really nice. The lunch was reasonably priced and delicious. The property was stunning and the perfect place to relax for a few nights, by the pool was so good!

In the photo it looks like it’s up in the hills but it’s more in the town, right on the street. The food at the dinner restaurant was overpriced and not that great, unless we ordered wrong.

A stay that puts a smile on your face.

I enjoyed everything about this place, from the afternoon drink next to the pool to the lovely dinner to the pretty facilities.

Quiet, secluded and beautiful.

The location of Hotel is perfect to explore western Tuscany.

unfortunately the weather was to bad to enjoy the pool, but it is most definetely one of the reason to come back.

Exceptional

While my wife and I spend a good deal of time choosing the kind of hotel that enhances a trip to a region, in this case a part of Tuscany, this hotel actually exceeded our expectations. Though it is in a mildly "citified" locale (and mildly, it is), once on the grounds of the hotel with is ample parking, you can forget that altogether and you're actually engulfed in a "Tuscan" environment. The grounds are well kept and the architecture, while up to date, is authentically "Tuscan" and charming in all respects. The staff, particularly at the breakfast room and dining room, were thoroughly accommodating...and speaking of the dining room, it's just wonderful in its exceptional appearance and the food and wine choices. I've actually attempted to think of a single thing about this hotel that wasn't to our liking and I just can't come up with a thing.

Locatiom was good, between multiple towna. Once at the Relais nothing in walkimg distamce though. Room was nice, atmoaphere too.

A place not to miss in Tuscany

The place is beautiful and the location is very convenient for a starting point to discover Tuscany. Room was clean and very spacious, with new contemporary furniture. Breakfast is very tasty and has a lot of choice, and the staff were super friendly.

you can hear the highway from the pool and it’s very close to the local town. so great location to be close to things but quite central if you’re seeking something more tranquil

The food was fantastic, the only issue we had was being charged full price for kids in the restaurant.

ideal location, with some minor improvements, this could be could be a 10/10

The property itself is stunning, well maintained and really pleasant. super clean! The location is ideal in my opinion. the staff were very helpful and professional. Great pool!

a very strong naphthalene smell coming out of the A/C in each room.... made me think about my grandmother's house back in the 1980's... and the A/C itself isnt doing the job in a hot summer evening... really weak water pressure. The breakfast could be better for this price point.

very nice room, quite big, beautiful view of the pool and garden

there was a smell coming from some bushes next to the pool. maybe fertilizer or some strange plant, but the staff didn't know about it although it smelled pretty bad

Oasis in Toscana

Beautiful property and comfortable stay

Good pool, beautiful property and in a good location.

The staff service could have been better for a 4 star, if felt like they needed more staff present. Shower was broken and not very strong. The pool area was quite noisy from traffic and a ?concert going on in the town at the time. Our room aircon struggled somewhat in the July heat (attic room).

Lovely place for a short stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had the most beautiful Campari spritz prepared to us by their bartender. Good swimming pool.

We’ve stayed during the heatwave - AC was not strong enough to cool the room.

Wonderful place in Tuscany

Fantastic old place with the great view to the historic city of Colle di val d'Elsa. Wonderful staff, good food, nice pool. Good place to start visits into other Tuscany places by bike for example .
