Piccolo non sempre è bello!

Albergo essenziale, materasso ottimo, camera e bagno puliti. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. Colazione con buffet assistito! C’erano due cameriere dietro un’ampia esposizione di dolce e salato che servivano i clienti con simpatia e disponibilità. Un buon inizio giornata!

Ho occupato la stanza 106. La camera era piccolissima! Aprendo la porta del bagno non c’era spazio per aprire l’armadio. Ho chiesto due letti singoli ma per farli stare avevano spostato il comodino che non poteva essere incastrato tra letto e parete, viste le dimensioni della stanza. Ho prenotato una camera con balcone che in effetti c’era ma affacciava sul retro, precisamente sul tetto catramato della sala colazione e delle cucine con i relativi odori.

Very Good Stay

Staff were excellent Rooms very clean The costs for drinks and staff was reasonable Distance from hotel to town was a 20 min walk, for us who use gym at home, a walk was our excercise so served us right.

Some of the bath towels left the white threads on your body and were of poor quality. So after drying yourself, or really not drying yourself because of the quality of it, you had to try wipe off your body the white fur type material shedding from the towel. It is for this reason alone that I couldn't give 10 marks

restaurant menu was not clear on entree and main course I ordered a main course and it came as just meat no accompaniments and I was nt warned by the staff and they laughed when they placed the dish in front of me….

The front desk staff was awesome. They made my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast was good

Dinner menu was a little different. I would have liked more traditional foods. The service was very good. Other dinner options would have been good. Maybe a lighter menu with pizza?

There was a nice range of facilities which included a spa and swimming pool. I enjoyed the use of hotel bicycle and this service was a super addition.

I like a better looking hot tub.

Superb

I love rhis hotel. We have been coming here on and off for twenty years. We have watched it grow. The staff as always are excellent. .

My only concern is the restaurants switch from a general menu that caters for families to a Cordon Blu only. This makes it very expensive to eat at the hotel.

Quiet location but a long walk into town, excellent breakfast but hard bed.

The breakfast was very good, especially the cooked eggs. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There is a nice view from the bedroom of the hills opposite. No traffic noise. Kettle and tea bags provided .

The mattress was very hard - a mattress topper would make it so much better. There was a constant noise in the evening from the kitchen extractor fan. No extractor fan for the toilet and no door to the bathroom - bad bathroom layout. There were no instructions for the bedroom such as how to change the temperature - it was too hot for us. A long walk into the town - we drove and parked in town.

Rooms are clean and have small balconies.

The location is not great. You need a vehicle to get around.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable room, friendly professional staff, parking.

Hot water in the bedroom was inconsistent - sometimes only lukewarm. Soundproofing could have been better.

Pleasant

room was clean and well furnished, all facilities worked well, lots of parking on site.

There was no vegan choice for breakfast despite asking before hand at the time of booking. When i asked the only thing i was offered was fruit, it would be nice to have some dairy free options available.
