Love everything about it except for the steep stairs, it wasnt that big of a deal for us but we were quite worried for our kids so they ended up sleeping with us in one area as to avoid them from going to the stairs at night in case they woke up. But overall extremely good value for money. Tram station just by the house. Halal restaurant nearby. Great amenities and all working well. There’s local coles nearby so we can do a quick grocery. We walked to Albert Park a lot so that kids can enjoy the playgrounds there. Our most fav part is going to South Melb Market!!!
Just the stairs but nothing major. But we are Asian so we are generally small sized, I fear it’ll be quite tough for people with bigger frames. The stairs are steep and narrow so bringing your luggage up and down is a sport too but quite good exercise 😂

Convenience of the location, as it was handy to everything that I needed, and would highly recommend, Hopefully I get the option to stay here again,
