It was super clean, super luxurious, and Raphael super friendly.
I would expect from an apartment of around 225 euros per night to have amenities such as tissues, napkins, the basics for the kitchen if people would like to cook, since they book Airbnb and not a hotel, like oil, salt, pepper. Additionally, it is unacceptable to provide amenities only for the first day (as we have been told).
Lastly, you cannot expect and force the client that pays 225 euros per night that includes 85 euros fee for cleaning, to wash the dishes and take out the trash. And on top, to have this procedure of first taking the car out and then going back to leave the key in the apartment for the check out.

Clean, functional, easy checkin
More amenities would be good (maybe some water on arrival in fridge)
